Real Routines, In Their Own Words

Six messages, published with permission and edited only for length. Two of them are unfavourable and both are staying.

Read this before the messages. These are individual experiences. They are not averages, they are not evidence, and they cannot tell you what will happen to you. Age, diet, sleep, medication, caffeine intake and plain consistency all move the result. This site publishes no aggregate star rating and no review structured data anywhere, which is why you will not see a score in a search listing for these pages.

We asked customers what changed, what did not, and specifically asked them not to be polite. This is what came back.

Six Messages, Lightly Edited

★★★★★Week 9

The sweet-taste thing surprised me on the first morning. Sugar in coffee twenty minutes after a dose tasted like nothing at all.

Nine weeks later the change I would swear to is that I stop at one biscuit. That is not nothing, and it is also not what the advert promised me.

★★★☆☆Week 5

Five weeks and undecided. The taste effect works. Beyond that I cannot point at anything, and I have been taking it every single morning.

Three stars because the site told me to expect exactly this at week five, which is more honesty than the advert that brought me here managed.

★★★★★Week 14

I am on blood pressure medication and I checked with my pharmacist first, because the licorice page said to. She told me to keep it to one dropper and mention it at my review.

Fourteen weeks, no trouble, and the afternoon snacking is quieter. The warning is why I trusted the rest.

★★☆☆☆Week 3

Three weeks and I stopped. Not because anything went wrong but because the taste got to me every morning and I could not face it.

Refund was straightforward, no argument, which is the only reason I am bothering to write this at all.

★★★★☆Week 11

My wife noticed before I did that I had stopped raiding the cupboard after dinner. That is the whole of my report.

Four rather than five because I would like to know how much of the blend is actually gymnema, and the label will not tell me.

★★★★☆Week 7

I drink a lot of coffee and I did not realise there was caffeine in this until I read the ingredient pages here. Cutting one coffee sorted out the jitters.

Would not have known from the bottle. Would recommend reading the label section before starting rather than after.

Four Things That Keep Coming Up

Six messages are an anecdote rather than data, but the inbox has patterns and they are worth naming.

The taste effect is mentioned first, almost always. It arrives on day one, it is unmistakable, and it is the only claim here anybody can confirm without waiting.

Appetite comes second and takes weeks. Nearly always in the same shape: the afternoon pull is quieter and stopping after one is easier.

Somebody else usually notices before the person does. A partner spotting that the after-dinner cupboard raid stopped is a better instrument than self-assessment.

Nobody who quits early quits at week eight. Almost every refund request that reaches us arrives inside the first month, which is precisely the window in which very little can honestly have happened.

Why The Unfavourable Ones Stay

Gloria could not face the taste and took her money back. Marlene is unconvinced at five weeks. Curtis wants to know how much gymnema is in the blend and the label will not tell him, which is a fair complaint this site has made itself.

Keeping those published costs sales. Removing them would make everything else on the page worth nothing. If your own experience was poor, write to [email protected].

About These Messages

Were these people paid?

No. Nobody was paid and nobody received free product for writing. Names are shortened and the photographs are illustrative rather than the individuals themselves.

Why is there no star rating in your search result?

Because this site publishes no aggregate rating markup and no review structured data anywhere. Star snippets built on unverified testimonials are misleading and search engines have become good at spotting them.

Where are the before and after numbers?

There are none here. A meter reading is affected by sleep, food, illness, timing and the device itself, and publishing a pair of them as a result would imply something this product cannot claim.

Can I send mine?

Please do, good or bad, to [email protected]. Permission is asked before anything is published and messages are edited only for length.
